Low Back & Spine
Our low back and spine strengthening classes are designed to help you work on strength, stability and movement for functionality, mobility and injury prevention. With exercises and movements to strengthen your lower back and posterior chain, promoting a healthy spine.

Hips & Glutes
Strengthening hips, loosening tight hips, strengthening weak glutes, building mechanics for correct glute engagement and firing. This class is designed help you work on strength, stability and movement for functionality, mobility and injury prevention.

Static Stretching & Yoga
This is a must for improved mobility, flexibilty, balance and strength. Helping with recovery, Chronic Pain Management, lowering blood pressure and improve sleep quality.

Pre & Post Pregnancy Exercise
Offering classes in strength, mobility and static stretching, helping to reduce risk, strengthen muscles, increase energy, boost mental health and improve sleep quality.

Our core program compiled of the most effective movements for the core, promoting stability, protection, spinal support, posture and balance , improved form and power transfer for improved movement, functionality, mobility and injury prevention.

Outdoor Running
A weekly running group for all levels offering basic running fundamentals and principles. We will then go on to a warm up, then a 45min run and then a cool down. There are many benefits to outdoor running, such as improved cardiovascular health, increased bone mass, strength and running can even boost the immune system.

Speed & Agility
Experience the benefits and fun of speed and agility training whilst also working on change of direction and reaction. Working mainly with agility ladders, cones and resistance bands, this group has many benefits such as balance, agility, speed, coordination whilst also helping with cardiovascular fitness and cognitive function.

Sprints
Come and sprint with us! Sprinting has so many benefits such as cardiovascular health, heart health and metabolic health. Sprinting increases speed, strength, power, balance, co-ordination, boosts endurance and athletic performance and is excellent for fat burning and time efficiency. It also helps with injury prevention and inflammation.

Chair Based
Exercise
If you suffer with mobility issues you can still have fun and get the benefits of exercise with our chair based exercise group sessions. You can benefit from improved cardiovascular health and better posture whilst keeping impact on your joints low. It is a safe and fun way to stay active and improve overall wellbeing.

Pre and Post Pregnancy Exercise
Whether you were active before or feel you want to start – pregnancy does not stop you from exercising. In fact, it is advised by UK Chief Medical Officers that pregnant women should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise a week. We are qualified to support you throughout your pregnancy so you can benefit from improved cardio health, being able to manage weight gain and sleep, reduce common pregnancy complaints like back pain or swelling and we can help you to prepare your body for labour and post pregnancy recovery.
